(All the following operations should be completed in the web browser on the computer side, Chrome browser is recommended)
Step 1 Connect your wallet with Element
Visit Element official website (https://www.element.market/) and click "Create NFT" in the upper right corner.
Metamask wallets and contract wallets supported by WalletConnect are available on Element.
If you don't have an Ethereum wallet, you can click on the Metamask icon and create Matamask wallet on its official website.
Please remember and keep the "password" and "mnemonic phrase" of the wallet, write it down and store it in a safe place, and do not disclose it to others.
Step 2 Create your NFT collection Click
「Create NFT」on the Element page again to start creating your NFT collection.
Upload your work file in the collection creation interface, currently, the available file format including JPG\PNG\GIF\MP4\MP3, and the available file size is up to 120MB.
Fill in the 「Asset Name」 and 「Asset Description」 of the NFT collection to help buyers understand the work and its value.
The additional attributes part is optional. This part is mostly suitable for series of works, which is used to describe the different appearance characteristics of different works in the collection, as well as intuitively count their scarcity.
Choose the sales quantity of the collection from 1 to any number. There are two kinds of NFT smart contracts available on Element including ERC721 and ERC1155.
Collection is a very important concept in NFT. Establishing a collection with a unique style can help your work continue to appreciate.
Here you need to upload a suitable picture or logo as the cover of the collection.
Fill in the name, introduction, and select the category that matches the collection of NFT collections. After completing the collection settings, click Cast, then your NFT collection will be generated instantly and can be browsed. Step 3 Sale Choose "Set Price" or “Highest Bid" for your NFT collections, and select the currency you want to settle, and mark the price. Don't forget to set the sale time.
In the Set Price option, you can also choose to sell in the Dutch auction. Turn on the Include Ending Price and the selling price will gradually drop to the lowest price within the time frame you set. During the period, someone bids and sells at the current price.
In the Highest Bidding options, you can also choose the traditional British auction. In this way, you can start selling after setting the starting price and the end of the bidding time, and you also can set a reserve price.
Each user needs to pay a gas fee to initialize the account for the first time to sell NFT works. It does not need to pay anymore if the same user sale works on the Element. Only the wallet signature is required, and the works can be listed at zero cost.
More settings about royalties and collections
In the collection settings, you can set a maximum of 10% royalties for your works, so that in the future, you, as the author, can get the same percentage of the selling price for the second transaction of all products in the collection. The specific operations are as follows:
Click 「My Collection」and select the collection to adjust the royalty.
Click the edit button in the upper right corner of the collection interface.
The royalty is any number within 10% (two decimal places can be kept), and any address can be filled in to accept the royalty. In addition, in this interface, you can also make more detailed settings for the collection's 「Collection Head Figure」, 「Custom Link」, 「Payment Token」, and「Collection Related Links」 to improve the exposure of your collection.
You can also set up a Collaborators, add the other party's wallet address, in which he can also create new works for the collection, and modify the collection settings.
